Trinity Women's Lacrosse Heads to the Final Four for the First Time in Program History

Trinity won the second and third round NCAA games to advance to Montclair St. for the Division III Women's Lacrosse National Championships.

On Saturday Trinity defeated Buffalo State University 17-6 and then played NESCAC rivals, Colby College, for the Elite Eight on Sunday. Trinity controlled the momentum the entire game against Colby and ended the game with the ball in their sticks.

Trinity 7    Colby 5

Most Memorable Moments: Two caused turnovers by our low defenders that allowed Trinity to have the ball back late in the second half. Sophomore, Midge Daniel, caused a momentum crushing turnover when she knocked down a Colby pass, and with less than three minutes left, Liza Beckler intercepted the ball, came up with the ground ball, and ended Colby's hopes for a comeback.
